This week on Market Watch Wednesday I have added an interview I did a couple of days back with Mortgage Consultant Scott Walker for  the Halifax Living show that I host on www.haligonia.ca.  Scott and I discussed a wide range of topics including Mortgage trends in 2009, predictions for 2010 and interest penalties when re-financing your home.  It was a very informative interview with lots of good information.
