Sorry for the late reply. To answer your questions.  The reason for the 5% down up front and another 5% down the road(which has just changed to 120 days now) is that it is the banks that are requiring this.  The same can be said for the 15% down for investors.  With regards to how much they will go up, it is very difficult to say.  They are almost 50% sold and it is still 2 years away from being completed.  So if you were to get in now, you would get pre-construction prices, plus it is going to be a showcase building for downtown Halifax.  There will be a return, it is just hard to say exactly how much.  Hope this answers your questions.</description>

		<description>why do you need 5% down then another 5% down the road. I never heard of having to put 10 percent down when you purchase a property?  and 15% if your an invester? Did they say how much they are expected to go up?</description>
