This week I am discussing new home construction sales in HRM. According to CMHC(Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation) the number of new construction sales has been trending downward since 2002. With the announcement of The Parks of West Bedford and other projects, new home sales are expected to pick up again in 2010.
