My weekly look at the state of the Halifax Real Estate Market
This week I am taking a look at the Canadian Real Estate Market. The average price for a home in Canada is 319k and in Nova Scotia it’s 207k. All Atlantic Canadian provinces saw increases in average price for a home. PEI lead the way with an 18% increase for the month of May. Nova Scotia saw a modest increase of 2.3%.
