My weekly look at the state of the Halifax Real Estate Market
This week I am discussing the Dartmouth Real Estate Market. The last couple of years prices of homes in Dartmouth have been increasing steadily. For the month of July 2009 average price rose 4.8%, sales fell by only 13% which is below the average in HRM of 23%. We are starting to see a shift in the market in HRM.
