Halifax Real Estate Guy’s Market Update
This week I am taking a look at the August stats for all of the Halifax Real Estate market. Prices were up slightly at 2.6% and sales were down by 2.1% compared to 2008. The market is starting to pick up and is definitely seeing signs of stability.
