Downtown Dartmouth Condos/ Kings Wharf Development
Today I visited the Kings Wharf Development site in Downtown Dartmouth. The project will feature apartment buildings, condos, commercial and retail space. It is set to launch on October 15th this year.

Did you say 1200 HUNDRED units!!!!??? Wow, impressive. The renderings are quite bold…I like that. Get coverage Andrew!

Yep 1200 residential units. A mix between Apartments and Condos. Unbelievable!!!! I plan on following the project from start to finish.
P.S. The leafs don’t look very good this year. Sorry..
