Today I am chatting with Halifax Mortgage Consultant Scott Walker about the new rules for mortgages announced by finance minister Jim Flaherty that will be implemented on April 19th of this year. Scott gives us some great information on a couple of the new guidelines plus his thoughts on the recent interest rate increase announced by RBC and TD Banks.
