Total new listings were down slightly compared to last week.  The Halifax real estate market is currently experiencing an up tick in activity.  After seeing a buyers market for close to a year we are slowly moving back to a sellers market.

Weekly sales increased compared to last week by 19 units but was down 25 units compared to 2010.  The number of sales this past week totaled 100.

Average price increased compared to last week and is up compared to 2010.  The average price this past week was $284,520.
