About Me

I am a longtime resident of the Halifax Area.  I love the people here and the diverse community that we live in.  Originally from The Rock (Newfoundland) I have always had an affinity for Halifax.  From my first visit  back when I was in High School, something has always drawn me to this great city.  I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

I have had a lengthy career in sales and marketing, from working on Cruise Ships as a Golf Pro and Art Auctioneer to selling Cars at Oregan’s’ Toyota.  Sales is in my blood.   I knew a long time ago that selling Real Estate was my ultimate goal.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

Total customer satisfaction has always been my approach.  I strive to make all Real Estate transactions as stress free for my clients as possible.  This requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.  I have found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I have always done, only more quickly and efficiently.  They have also helped me to extend the range of services I provide my client.

I currently reside in the Woodlawn area of Dartmouth and work for one of the top Brokerages in Halifax, Exit Realty Metro. I have a great son who helps me with all my technological short falls, he is the designer of this blog and I can’t thank him enough for all his hard work.
