Calgary Real Estate Market Update
On The third leg of my west coast vacation I stopped into Calgary. Rob Reynar a local Realtor with Royal Lepage Foothills was kind enough to show me around downtown Calgary and he had a little time to shoot a video blog with me. Sorry for the wind noise, it was a frigid cold and windy day.

Downtown Halifax Condo Update
Today I am taking a look at pre-construction and under construction condos in Downtown Halifax. There are four currently in various stages of development. They are; Theatre Lofts, Falkland St Condos, Armoury Villa and The Trillium.
