Considering purchasing a Condo in the near future along the Bedford basin ie Dockside Condos. Requesting info price, fees etc. Looking at a price range of about $250 – $300,000. I currently reside in Winnipeg and am looking at returning to NS sometime in the 10 to 12 months.
