This week on Market Watch Wednesday I am taking a look at the stats for Multi-Family homes(2-4 units) on the Peninsula of Halifax.  After a down year in 2009 the market for Multi-Family homes on the Peninsula has picked back up significantly.  Both sales and average price are up year over year.
