My weekly look at the state of the Halifax Real Estate Market

With the first half of 2009 behind us, I wanted to take a look at the numbers, year to date and see where the Halifax Real Estate Market compares to previous years.  Overall sales are down 23% compared to 2008, but prices continue to rise, only by 2.7% compared to last year.  We are still seeing a buyers market right now but getting closer to a sellers market.  If you would like more information on your particular area you can call 902-488-0012 or email andrew@halifaxrealestateguy.com.
