This week on Market Watch Wednesday I am taking a look at the stats for the Halifax Condo Market for the month of August. Again as we have seen in the housing market, sales continue to decline while prices increase, albeit very minimal for the condo market.

Halifax Condo Week/Founders Corner Condos

Day 5 of Halifax Condo week I am profiling Founders Corner Condos in downtown Dartmouth. After a few unfortunate setbacks the remaining units are back on the market. I was very impressed with the quality of construction, the size of the units and the pricing.
