This week I am taking a look at the Downtown Halifax Condo Market. Right now the average price for a Downtown Halifax Condo is 255k which is up 5.5% over last year. For the coming week I will be looking at select Downtown Halifax Condo projects. This week I am taking a look at the Canadian Real Estate Market. The average price for a home in Canada is 319k and in Nova Scotia it’s 207k. All Atlantic Canadian provinces saw increases in average price for a home. PEI lead the way with an 18% increase for the month of May. Nova Scotia saw a modest increase of 2.3%.
